Who We Are
Nobles Firearms LLC (“Nobles Firearms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a veteran-owned firearms training and FFL transfer business based in Tampa, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information about you when you visit noblesfirearms.com, contact us, or use our training, sales, or transfer services.
If you have questions, contact us at info@noblesfirearms.com or (813) 556-7656.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly and information we automatically receive when you use our site.
You give us
- Name, email address, phone number — to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm class enrollment.
- Mailing address — only when required for shipping or as part of an FFL transfer.
- Government-issued ID and date of birth — only in person at the time of a regulated firearm transaction.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Course preferences and message content — anything you write in our contact, training-booking, or transfer-request forms.
We collect automatically
- Standard server log data — IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited, timestamps. Used for security and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for session management, form state, and basic site functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Federally Required Information (ATF Form 4473)
If you complete a regulated firearm transfer with us, federal law (18 U.S.C. § 923 and 27 C.F.R. § 478) requires us to collect and retain ATF Form 4473 records, including identifying information, NICS background-check results, and transaction details. These records are governed by federal regulation and are not deleted on request. They are retained in our bound book and held for the period required by federal law, then transferred to the ATF upon business closure.
Form 4473 information is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law (e.g., ATF inspection, lawful subpoena).
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to questions, schedule appointments, and confirm class enrollment.
- Process training payments (via Stripe) and FFL/NFA transfers (once our FFL is approved).
- Send service-related emails — booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and receipts.
- Send occasional educational or class-availability emails (you can unsubscribe any time).
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws — including ATF and FDLE requirements.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our website and customer records.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small set of trusted third-party services to operate. We share the minimum information necessary with each.
- Vercel — website hosting and request logs
- Supabase — customer-record database, staff authentication, file storage
- Stripe — payment processing for training deposits and transfer fees
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google (Workspace and Maps) — business email and map embeds
Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality (session, form state, basic preferences). We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics or remarketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie banner consistent with applicable law.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of marketing and inquiry records (subject to ATF and other legal retention requirements for transaction data).
- Opt out of non-transactional email at any time.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@noblesfirearms.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS site-wide), modern authentication, and access controls on our customer database. Paper records (e.g., signed 4473 forms) are stored in a locked, fire-rated location.
No system is perfect. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay and in accordance with Florida law.
Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
