Defensive Carbine / AR-15 Fundamentals

Master the most capable defensive tool you own.

Most AR-15 owners shoot their rifle once a year, from a bench, at 50 yards. That's not running the rifle — that's owning the rifle. This class fixes the gap. We cover everything a serious carbine operator needs: safe handling, zeroing (50/200 vs. 25-meter), shooting positions, working the safety and bolt catch under stress, sling work, reloads, malfunction clearing, and practical engagements out to 100 yards. You'll leave with a rifle you actually know how to deploy.

Who it's for

Responsible AR-15 / carbine owners who want to run their rifle safely and effectively.

What You'll Learn

By the end of this class, you will…

Confirm a 50/200 zero on your carbine

Run safety, bolt catch, and mag release without breaking your firing grip

Shoot from standing, kneeling, prone, and supported positions

Execute emergency and tactical reloads in under 3 seconds

Clear Type 1, 2, and 3 carbine malfunctions

Engage targets accurately from 7 to 100 yards

Basic Home Defense Fundamentals

Have a plan before you ever need one.

A firearm in the nightstand is not a home-defense plan. This class covers how to think through your home — layout, lighting, family positions, safe rooms, and what happens after the trigger — then puts the shooting skills into a defensive context. You will train to make fast, sound decisions in the moments that matter most: the ones that happen in your own hallway, in the dark, with your family behind you.

Church & Group Safety Seminar

Florida just changed the law. Is your team ready?

Effective July 1, 2026, Florida law allows trained, licensed volunteers to serve as armed security at places of worship. Good intentions are not a security plan — a trained, coordinated team is. We build that team. This seminar covers situational awareness, response planning, communication, and the legal framework your volunteers operate under, then scales into ongoing, scenario-based team training as your needs grow.

Defensive Pistol — Level 2

When the fundamentals aren't enough.

Standing still and shooting a clean target is not a gunfight. This is the next step: drawing from concealment, managing recoil for fast follow-ups, engaging multiple threats, clearing malfunctions, and performing while the clock and your heart rate are both running. If you carry a gun to defend yourself, this is the class that bridges the gap between owning the skill and being able to use it.
